Order Processing

We aim to have all our components in stock and your order will normally be shipped within five working days. However there may be instances due to demand where this unachievable, which is beyond our control.If an item is out of stock you will be contacted by email to notify you of this.

Shipping:

If you wish to collect your order, there is no charge and collection will be from our Head Office in High Wycombe in the UK. Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. Directions are available from our website www.sunpipe.co.uk and you will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection, usually within 5 working days.

For all UK deliveries we charge a £20 flat rate per order delivery cost.

For all European deliveries we charge a £50 and Worldwide deliveries a £75 flat rate per delivery cost and you will be notified by email or in writing with delivery/shipping times.

Phone Support:

We have two project engineers, Matt Dempsey and Wilf Lamb who solely deal with technical aspects for the SunPipe systems. Again the quickest method for a response is by email sunpipe.technical@monodraught.com however should you wish to speak to either Matt or Wilf telephone 0044 1494 897700.

Return Policy:

Should you have any unused items that were purchased and not used in your installation. Please return these items to our Head Office and a refund will be issued. Please note that there is a 15% charge to cover administration and re-stocking fee (within UK) and refunds are only given on undamaged goods.
